Over the past few weeks, the strangest things have been happening to me. Normally a place for relaxation, creativity and joy, I spend a good part of my time in the kitchen and would consider myself more than confident in the space.

Last night, after an almost three month hiatus, our cooking club reconvened at my house for Dumping Fest. Last month, during Chinese New Year, I went out for a huge Chinese feast and thought, we HAVE to do dumplings for our next cooking club night.
