July’s Summer Salad Series is starting this weekend and in order for this to work, I must get organized.
I am the type of person that likes to be organized only in a few parts of my life. My day job, for one. Elsewhere I like to fly by the seat of my pants.
Each Tuesday I will be exploring a new location to satisfy my wanderlust while my feet remain firmly planted on Canadian soil. I’m so excited! I hope you’ll join me in these new adventures.

Tourism Richmond is offering the job of my lifetime: Live in Richmond, visit a different restaurant each day for a year, and blog about it daily.
If life has handed you lemons, can I suggest you make lemon meringue mini cupcakes?
Believe me, it’s easier than you may think.
I can’t take all the credit for this. I stumbled upon Matt’s blog, Matt Bites and found this ode to citrus.
Let me tell you something else about me. I make pancakes from scratch. And I bake them up, along with a strong pot of coffee, just about every Saturday morning.
