Ingredients

Units Scale
  • Waffles
  • 1 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tsp each sage, thyme and black pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • Turkey mixture
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • milk to taste (approx 1/4 to 1/2 can)
  • leftover turkey, chopped
  • leftover stuffing and veggies, as desired
  • 1/4-1/2 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Waffles
  2. Place ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine until well blended and smooth. Let batter sit 5 minutes before using.
  3. If you don’t have a waffle iron, you can use a griddle pan on the stovetop.
  4. Turkey mixture
  5. Add soup and milk to a small saucepan and stir until you get a smooth, sauce consistency
  6. Add turkey and veggies and season to taste
  7. Heat over medium heat until bubbling.
  8. Serve.
