International Coffee Day took place last weekend, so in honour of such a special day, I had one (or three) cappuccinos. At least that’s what I call my frothy coffees that I make with my stove top espresso maker and my trusty Ikea milk frother. But wait.

For day ten of 12 Days of Christmas we’re taking some leftovers from day 2’s Eggnog Fizz to make a sophisticated, low-key, Christmas Eve eve dessert.

My first trip to Australia was seven years ago, in 2005. I had planned and planned my year-long trip down under and was eager to escape my job and living situation and to spend enough time at the beach that I could actually get a hang of surfing, if I was lucky.
My first stop was Melbourne.
